Táto práca sa zaoberá skúmaním a vyhodnocovaním komunikácie štandardov LTE-Advance a WiFi (IEEE 802.11n/ac). Pri jednotlivých štandardoch je preskúmaný chybový parameter EVM. Pre prácu s jednotlivými štandardmi je navrhnuté univerzálne pracovisko (testbed). Toto univerzálne pracovisko slúži na nastavovanie vysielacieho a prijímacieho zariadenia a na spracovávanie prenášaných signálov a ich vyhodnocovanie. Táto práca sa zaoberá návrhom a realizáciou Power-HIL simulátora Li-po článku, slúžiaceho na testovanie napájania malých bezdrôtových modulov. Základom simulátora je model akumulátora, ktorý zahŕňa vplyv teploty a degradácie na parametre článku. Na vývoj zariadenia a simulácie bolo použité prostredie Matlab Simulink. Full Text Available Príèiny vibrácií strojov sú rôznorodé a je ich ako analyzova. Ich analýza je ve¾mi dôleitá, nako¾ko vibrácie majú negatívne úèinky nielen na ivotnos, prevádzkyschopnos strojov, ale i na obsluhu strojov a ivotné prostredie. V èlánku sú charakterizované základné postuláty pasívnych a aktívnych metód pre analýzu, syntézu a návrhu útlmu vibrácií s vyuitím princípu riadených vibrácií. Vyuitie matematického modelovania mechanického systému a riadenia je predmetom súèasného simulaèného výskumu vo svete. Uvedená teória je úspene aplikovaná pre útlm, redukciu vibrácií strojov, rotorov zariadení, budov, komunikaèných prostriedkov.

The uranium as radioactive element occurs in low concentrations in all components of environment. In the sample of natural uranium the isotope U-235 has the highest share (99.27 weight per cent). Chemical toxicity of uranium is comparable with toxicity of the elements like As and Pb. Depleted uranium is adjoining product in the production of enriched uranium, which is required in the production of the nuclear fuel and in the production of material used in nuclear arms. It mainly includes isotope U-238, and the content of isotopes U-235 and U-234 is sharply lowered. According to NRC depleted uranium is defined like uranium, in which percentile share of isotope U-235 is less than 0.711 weight percent. The activity of depleted uranium from viewpoint of external irradiation does not represent higher risk. Much higher risk for man represent the neurotoxic effects of uranium, which can get into human body by inhaling of dispersed particles, of contaminated dust and aerosols from atmosphere or by consumption of contaminated foodstuffs and water. Basic dangerous of irradiation by depleted uranium are mainly aerosols, which increase the probability of occurrence of lung cancer. The next dangerous is the damage of another organs like kidneys, liver and bones, where these aerosols are transported by blood like oxides from the lungs. In the environmental parts because of presence of natural uranium the depleted uranium is difficultly identifiably by standard detective methods. Thus it is necessary to use suitable radiochemical separative methods in combination with suitable detective method. (author)

The disturbance of rocks in the Czech Republic due to the activity of man is described with respect to sources of disturbance, intensity of disturbance, and regional aspects. Rock disturbance includes contamination with foreign substances, such as arising in chemical extraction of uranium, mechanical disturbance due to mining activities, landslide, etc. A survey of regions with increased concentrations of toxic elements or increased radioactivity levels and of endangered regions is given. Full Text Available Príspevok je venovaný problematike environmentálneho zabezpeèenia ako nového nástroja pouívaného pri realizácii environmentálne zameraných projektov. Environmentálne zabezpeèenie poskytuje komplex postupov ktoré tvoria súèas komunitných ekonomických rozvojových iniciatív. Komplexné rieenie environmentálnych problémov, medzi ktoré patria revitalizaèné a rekultivaèné práce oblastí postihnutých priemyselnou èinnosou sa v súèasnosti nezaobíde bez dôsledne pripraveného projektu s ekonomickými a environmentálnymi analýzami ich dopadu na ivotné prostredie a analýzami nákladov na jeho realizáciu, ako aj kladného vyjadrenia dotknutých strán. Environmentálne zabezpeèenie ako efektívny nástroj môe by súèasou komplexného rieenia environmentálnych problémov a jeho základnej èasti prípravnej správy.

Hydrocarbons are one of the most common environmental contaminants, especially in urban areas. This paper analyzes the situation and possible eco-toxicological effects of the two plants on contamination of soil and groundwater at the model site in Bratislava. The first is the largest leak of petroleum products in Bratislava at all - the bombing of oil refineries Apollo in 1944 and the subsequent contamination of vast areas and groundwater. The second is represented by existence of a state enterprise Kovosrot, where waste containing oil material was liquidated, also a service of mechanical machinery and vehicles was carried out there. The first is located about 1 km from the area of interest; the other is right next to it. 71 soil samples from three depth levels were analyzed by the method of infrared spectroscopy and a detailed analysis of one sample of groundwater was also made. Subsequently, a distribution of non-polar extractable substances (NEL) in the rock environment was visualized on the map's reconstructed by the MapInfo Professional Program. Thanks to this it was possible to identify the originator of pollution. (authors)

Full Text Available Medzi základné práva a slobody, upravené v druhej hlave Ústavy Slovenskej republiky patrí aj právo na ochranu zdravia, bezplatnú zdravotnú starostlivosť na základe zdravotného poistenia, právo na zdravotnícke pomôcky za zákonom stanovených podmienok. Tieto práva sú garantované v ustanovení Čl. 40 Ústavy Slovenskej republiky v rámci ekonomických, sociálnych a kultúrnych práv a vzťahujú sa na každú fyzickú osobu, t. j. na človeka. Keďže sú tieto práva považované za ľudské práva v zmysle medzinárodného práva, sú garantované aj v mnohostranných medzinárodných zmluvách, ktorých signatárom je aj Slovenská republika, ako napríklad Medzinárodný pakt o hospodárskych, sociálnych a kultúrnych právach. Právna úprava prevádzkovania lekární v Slovenskej republike zahŕňa široké spektrum otázok a je pomerne rozsiahla. Snahou zákonodarcu bolo nastaviť také pravidlá, ktoré by stransparentnili a zjednodušili právne prostredie v tomto sektore. V niektorých oblastiach sú pravidlá dané legislatívou Európskej únie a slovenský právny poriadok ich iba prevzal. Najdôležitejším prvokom v tejto sfére, ktorý nie je priamo upravovaný legislatívou EÚ, je poskytovanie lekárenskej starostlivosti a využívanie systému verejného zdravotného poistenia v tejto oblasti. Hlavným cieľom príspevku je poukázať na vybrané problémy, ktoré sa spájajú s postavením prevádzkovateľa lekárne a jeho povinnosťami, ktoré mu vyplývajú zo zákona o liekoch a s ktorými sa musí ako prevádzkovateľ lekárne vysporiadať. Táto oblasť podnikania je pomerne prísne regulovaná a preto je potrebné byť oboznámený s príslušnými právnymi predpismi. Príspevok z právno-teoretického hľadiska rieši viaceré otázky upravené v zákone o liekoch, či vyhláške o správnej lekárenskej praxi.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic (as well as the Secretary-General of the United Nations, acting in his capacity as depository, of 6 May 1998) communicates the following: at the Fourth Meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Basel Convention, held in Kuching, Malaysia, from 23 to 27 February 1998, the Parties proposed an amendment to Annex I and adopted two new Annexes (VIII and IX) to the Basel Convention on the Control of transboundary movements of hazardous wastes and their disposal. The texts of the amendment and the Annexes are transmitted herewith. The changes in the Annex I and Annexes VIII and IX for the Slovak Republic shall into effect on 6 November 1998. The thorium scrap and rare earth scrap are included into the Annex IX, List B.
