    Full Text Available  Abstract  After the Copernican revolution in The New Science, has emerged a generation of philosophers, Kant at the head of them all, Phenomenology movement, which is a methodological idealism is in quest of exploring an abstract category called transcendental consciousness. This movement has not taken any position as regards the wise from the beginning and goes beyond the level of the sensory experience. In phenomenological critique which has a considerable potential for contemplating the literary works , the context is reduced to an embodiment of pure consciousness of the reader and with its all stylistic and semantic aspects becomes a unit organism in which the mind of the writer functions as its unifying essence. based their philosophical ideas on Epistemology rather than Ontology, and led the philosophy toward Analysis than Systematization. Their main tactic was changing the positions of "subject" and "object" or more clearly , "recognizer agent" and "whatever rests on recognition" in the formation of knowledge . Descartes also has gotten help from subject to prove anything . In his view, Truth is whatever that people actually recognize. Husserl, affected by this change , also has known the new era as the age of empirical subjectivism. Subject is the same as "ego" and inner states of a true and primary existence located in center. It is the identifying agent and consciousness is inherent feature of subjectivity without which there would not be any way the subject.     Full Text Available Abstract Ayyār that named with some other titles like Feta, Javanmard and Akhi is one of the most important and impressive motives of Iran’s history. Maybe the forming time of Ayyār goes back to Sassanid age or before this era. The word of Ayyār likes the other resembling its samples has two different meanings (good and bad. In awful, means thief, pitiless and…, in good meaning is a generous, kind and brave person who helps people in problems. Ayyāri as a social movement from preIslamic period to after this time have passed very different conditions and its rituals extended into many literary and unliterary materials and in literary materials have been considered in two processes (epic texts and mystical instructions called Fotowatname. Ayyāri customs and beliefs divided into parts of moral principles and abilities. Using these customs and beliefs, this paper has attempted to prove that Noofel in Leili va Mjnoon is an Ayyār. Leili va Mjnoon is a description of love between Qeis, son of Amer, and Leili but Arabic fanaticism made obstacles between them. At last Leili’s father made her marry to another person named ‘Ibn Salam’, and Qeis didn’t get married until his death. Before Ebn Salam’s marriage, Noofel endeavored to help Qeis by fighting against Leili’s father tribe but finally abandoning from this deed. In the end, Leili died and afterwards Majnoon died beside her grave. Many researchers studied Leili va Mjnoon though neither of them didn’t pay attention to Noofel's character and his deeds, so if students ask any question about it, we don’t have any suitable answer to prove that Noofel is an Ayyār. This necessity leads to prove this theory.     Full Text Available "Leili and Majnoon" written by Nezami (584 A.H. is among the romantic masterpieces in the Persian Literature which up to 57 parody tellers have worked on it. In this article, from among these parodies three closest narrations to Nezami's work have been selected. These were, chronologically, composed by Amirkhosro Dehlavi (698 A.H., Abdolrahman Jami (889 A.H. and Maktabi Shirazi (895 A.H.. We also describe the story of each narration and briefly present their plot similarities and differences by means of 29 story motifs in a chart and, then, we would analyze and compare them with Nezami's narration in detail. These considerations indicate that after Nezami, the conformists have not been so bound to the origin of narration. In fact, they have changed the origin of story, and meanwhile, present their verbal art. These changes have been mostly exemplified in Jami's narration and then Amirkhosro's work. Maktabi Shirazi has kept all actions of Nezami's narration however he has increased a few new scenes to the narration.

    Background & Aims Adipose tissue (AT)-derived fatty acids (FAs) are utilized for hepatic triacylglycerol (TG) generation upon fasting. However, their potential impact as signaling molecules is not established. Herein we examined the role of exogenous AT-derived FAs in the regulation of hepatic gene expression by investigating mice with a defect in AT-derived FA supply to the liver. Methods Plasma FA levels, tissue TG hydrolytic activities and lipid content were determined in mice lacking the lipase co-activator comparative gene identification-58 (CGI-58) selectively in AT (CGI-58-ATko) applying standard protocols. Hepatic expression of lipases, FA oxidative genes, transcription factors, ER stress markers, hormones and cytokines were determined by qRT-PCR, Western blotting and ELISA. Results Impaired AT-derived FA supply upon fasting of CGI-58-ATko mice causes a marked defect in liver PPARα-signaling and nuclear CREBH translocation. This severely reduced the expression of respective target genes such as the ATGL inhibitor G0/G1 switch gene-2 (G0S2) and the endocrine metabolic regulator FGF21. These changes could be reversed by lipid administration and raising plasma FA levels. Impaired AT-lipolysis failed to induce hepatic G0S2 expression in fasted CGI-58-ATko mice leading to enhanced ATGL-mediated TG-breakdown strongly reducing hepatic TG deposition. On high fat diet, impaired AT-lipolysis counteracts hepatic TG accumulation and liver stress linked to improved systemic insulin sensitivity. Conclusions AT-derived FAs are a critical regulator of hepatic fasting gene expression required for the induction of G0S2-expression in the liver to control hepatic TG-breakdown. Interfering with AT-lipolysis or hepatic G0S2 expression represents an effective strategy for the treatment of hepatic steatosis. PMID:25733154

    Full Text Available AbstractAccording to what Nezami states in his versified story Khosro va Shirin, King Hormoz is a fair and peasant-supporter monarch and everything is alright in his time. The only matter which bothers the King’s mind and feelings is the sadness of having no child. But this piteous sadness is removed after vowing, sacrificing and being born a boy as a result. This boy is totally different from his age children because of his unique characteristics.    Leili va Majnoon’s starting pattern can be Khosro va Shirin’s starting pattern simply by having some changes in characters. In this poem, the memoir related to the chieftain of Amer, who was one of the Arab grandees and has a settled land, is expressed. He is an artist who has a significant reputation in hospitality and being mendicant-adherent, but the sadness of having no child makes him like King Hormoz, so he decides to vow and sacrifice and asks God to give him a child.   Based on an archetypal approach, the boy who has been requested by prayer in Khosrow va Shirin, Leili va Majnoon, and other myths is an archetypal item that these literary works’ starting patterns are the expression of common conditions before, during, and after his birth. He is the heavenly child who has been born to make a great upheaval.   Based on an archetypal approach, the heavenly child can be considered as the best form of emanation of the potential aspect of Ego in dreams and myths in which the king, as the actual aspect of this archetype, wishes this child’s birth; to reach his perfect ideal. With this paraphastic approach, Khosrow Parviz and King Hormoz are respectively the potential and the actual aspect of Ego. Hormoz is the actual part that is almost perfect. He is an ideal, fair and peasant-supporter king. But this perfect person is only some parts of his talent who has reached the actuality and can be manifest. Samples were submitted to thermal-mechanical cycling, simulating 1 year of orthodontic treatment. Afterward, the shear bond strength test was performed in a universal test machine at a speed of 0.5mm/min. Samples were evaluated under a stereomicroscope and by scanning electron microscopy for analysis of enamel surface and adhesive remnant index. Data were analyzed using Kruskal–Wallis and Mann–Whitney (with Bonferroni correction statistical tests.Results: Statistically significant difference was observed between the groups studied (p<0.05. Groups XT and SEP showed the highest bond strength values, without statistical difference between them, while group XT/Er:YAG showed reduction in bond strength values. The Persian version of the Motorcycle Riding Behavior Questionnaire and the Persian version of Conner’s Adult ADHD Rating Scales (the self-report short version were used to assess riding behavior and screen for adult ADHD, respectively. The scale has four subscales, comprising subscale A (inattention, subscale B (hyperactivity, impulsivity, subscale C (A + C, and subscale D (ADHD index. During the lecture, students “vote” for multiple choice answers on screen, and real-time results are displayed (anonymously after the polling is finished, providing instant formative feedback. Another model is for a department or institution to purchase clickers and make available in the classroom. Students pick up the clicker as they enter the room each day and replace when exiting. A cross-sectional study design was used to collect data using a structured pre-tested self-administrated questionnaire. A total of 612 learners were responded, among them 71.1% were female. The mean age of the learners were 33.2 years and ranged from 21 to 52 years. The monthly family income of the learners of DCSA program was significantly higher than the learners of BSN program. Significantly the highest number of learners (57.9% of DCSA program were detached from their study than the learners (49.3% of BSN program (p=0.012. Regarding the media programs, 62.7% of the learners gave their opinion that TV programs were at the level best but they wanted to watch TV program at the evening or night schedule. Based on opinions from the learners, revision of curricula and syllabuses, interactive printed materials, effective coordination between academics and administrative staffs and rescheduling of on-air TV programs are suggested.
