Full Text Available This research aims to test the significant differences the use of family communication and the pattern of childcare toddlers and teenagers in families living in the Kampung Tugu in north Jakarta, Kampung Condet in East Jakarta and Ujung Harapan in bekasi. This study using quantitative methods of correlational. The results of research shows that the communication in childcare on the community in Kampung Tugu of north Jakarta, more affected from ways obtained from earlier the generations. The average betawi people in their religious pillar of the nazarenes, some are muslim. For people who follow the Islamic religion, they to develop a pattern of parenting in the family in Islamic way. The Betawi Community of Kampung Condet in East Jakarta, further develop ways a family tradition which are influenced by arab cultures ways. So they develop more into islamic ways. Also betawi people on Kampung Ujung Harapan in Bekasi, almost the entire community on Kampung Ujung Harapan Bekasi are moeslim. So that childcare more patterns dominated by islamic ways which were inherited from earlier generations. A pattern to the consistence of parenting in educating if compared between toddlers and teenagers, the community in Kampung Tugu more dominant educate young teen, while the Kampung Condet and Kampung Ujung Harapan directing consistency educate in toddlers and teenagers.

We present a systematic single-dish search for molecular outflows toward a sample of nine candidate low-luminosity protostars and 30 candidate very low luminosity objects (VeLLOs; L{sub int} {<=} 0.1 L{sub Sun }). The sources are identified using data from the Spitzer Space Telescope cataloged by Dunham et al. toward nearby (D < 400 pc) star-forming regions. Each object was observed in {sup 12}CO and {sup 13}CO J = 2 {yields} 1 simultaneously using the sideband separating ALMA Band-6 prototype receiver on the Heinrich Hertz Telescope at 30'' resolution. Using five-point grid maps, we identify five new potential outflow candidates and make on-the-fly maps of the regions surrounding sources in the dense cores B59, L1148, L1228, and L1165. Of these new outflow candidates, only the map of B59 shows a candidate blue outflow lobe associated with a source in our survey. We also present larger and more sensitive maps of the previously detected L673-7 and the L1251-A-IRS4 outflows and analyze their properties in comparison to other outflows from VeLLOs. The accretion luminosities derived from the outflow properties of the VeLLOs with detected CO outflows are higher than the observed internal luminosity of the protostars, indicating that these sources likely had higher accretion rates in the past. The known L1251-A-IRS3 outflow is detected but not re-mapped. We do not detect clear, unconfused signatures of red and blue molecular wings toward the other 31 sources in the survey indicating that large-scale, distinct outflows are rare toward this sample of candidate protostars. Several potential outflows are confused with the kinematic structure in the surrounding core and cloud. Interferometric imaging is needed to disentangle large-scale molecular cloud kinematics from these potentially weak protostellar outflows.

Full Text Available Yogyakarta offers many tourist attractions, from nature based tourism, culinary tourism until cultural tourism. With so many tourist attractions offered by Yogyakarta, tourist often finds it difficult to arrange their travel schedule (from choosing which tourist attractions to be visited until choosing which route tourist should takes to maximize their vacation time. Therefore, it’s required to have a way to determine the shortest tour route so tourist can make their tour in the Yogyakarta effective. This problem can be categorized as Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP case. There are a lot of methods can be used to find the shortest route in Travelling Salesman Problems (TSP case. To solve the problem, which is to find the shortest tour route in Yogyakarta, Algorithm Best-First Travelling will be used in this undergraduate thesis. The implementation of Algorithm Best-First Search to find the shortest tour route in Yogyakarta can be used to produce a solution for tourist to choose the shortest tour package and decide which route they should take. The premium tour package produces tour route from Adi Sucipto Airport-Gembira Loka Zoo- Purawisata-N’dalem Gamelan Hotel-Yogyakarta Palace-Benteng Vredeburg Museum-Taman Pintar-Tamansari-Adi Sucipto Airport with distance covered 20.297 meter. Studying the physical conditions of very low luminosity objects (VeLLOs; L{sub bol} < 0.1 L{sub Sun }) is important for understanding the earliest evolutionary stage of protostars and brown dwarfs. We report interferometric observations of the VeLLO L1521F-IRS, in {sup 12}CO (2-1) line emission and the 1.3 mm continuum emission, using the Submillimeter Array. With the {sup 12}CO (2-1) high-resolution observations, we have spatially resolved a compact but poorly collimated molecular outflow associated with L1521F-IRS for the first time. The blueshifted and redshifted lobes are aligned along the east and west side of L1521F-IRS with a lobe size of Almost-Equal-To 1000 AU. The estimated outflow mass, maximum outflow velocity, and outflow force are (9.0-80) Multiplication-Sign 10{sup -4} M{sub Sun }, 7.2 km s{sup -1}, and (7.4-66) Multiplication-Sign 10{sup -7} M{sub Sun} km s{sup -1} yr{sup -1}, respectively. The estimated outflow parameters such as size, mass, and momentum rate are similar to values derived for other VeLLOs, and are located at the lower end of values compared to previously studied outflows associated with low- to high-mass star-forming regions. Low-velocity less collimated (1.5 km s{sup -1}/1200 AU) and higher-velocity compact (4.0 km s{sup -1}/920 AU) outflow components are suggested by the data. These velocity structures are not consistent with those expected in the jet-driven or wind-driven outflow models, perhaps suggesting a remnant outflow from the first hydrostatic core as well as an undeveloped outflow from the protostar. Detection of an infrared source and compact millimeter continuum emission suggests the presence of the protostar, while its low bolometric luminosity (0.034-0.07 L{sub Sun }) and small outflow suggests that L1521F is in the earliest protostellar stage (<10{sup 4} yr) and contains a substellar mass object. The bolometric (or internal) luminosity of L1521F-IRS suggests that the current mass accretion rate is an order of

Cuando lo hizo, fue para ilustrar propósitos moralizantes, como lo muestran dos ejemplares significativos: La mujer del levita, pintada por Epifanio Garay (1849-1903, y La última copa, de Francisco Antonio Cano (1865-1935. The field study in five intersections that had ATCS, such as Krapyak, Tugu Muda, Polda, Bangkong and Fatmawati were done to investigate the effectivity of air pollution reduction. The study was done by estimating the differences between the vehicle speed due to the cycle duration of green light by field observation and video recording in each intersection. In five intersections that had been observed, the percentage of fuel consumption savings for two-wheeled vehicles were between 15 - 18%, meanwhile for four-wheel vehicles were between 30 - 46%. Based on the calculation that adopt the emission factor from CORINAIR and USEPA emission, the emission reduction based on pollutant types were TSP (12-17%), NOx (22-36%), CO (15-25%), HC (16-28%) and SO2 (22-35%). The result to the vehicles' speed that passed the intersections through ATCS has also indicated that the ATCS could increase vehicle speed and consequently reduce the emission.

The use of natural gravel (rivers) as concrete mixtures is rarely encountered after days of demands for a higher strength of concrete. Moreover, today people have found High-Performance Concrete which, when viewed from the rough aggregate consisted mostly of broken stone, although the fine grain material still used natural sand. Is it possible that a mixture of concrete using natural gravel as a coarse aggregate is capable of producing concrete with compressive strength equivalent to a concrete mixture using crushed stone? To obtain information on this, a series of tests on concrete mixes with crude aggregates of Kalitelu Crusher, Gondang, Tulungagung and natural stone (river gravel) from the Brantas River, Ngujang, Tulungagung in the Materials Testing Laboratory Tugu Dam Construction Project, Kab. Trenggalek. From concrete strength test results using coarse material obtained value 19.47 Mpa, while the compressive strength of concrete with a mixture of crushed stone obtained the value of 21.12 Mpa.

IRAS l6253-2429. the source of the Wasp-Waist Nebula seen in Spitzer IRAC images, is an isolated very low luminosity ("VeLLO") Class 0 protostar in the nearby rho Ophiuchi cloud. We present VLA ammonia mapping observations of the dense gas envelope feeding the central core accreting system. We find a flattened envelope perpendicular to the outflow axis, and gas cavities that appear to cradle the outflow lobes as though carved out by the flow and associated (apparently precessing) jet. Based on the NH3 (1,1) and (2,2) emission distribution, we derive the mass, velocity fields and temperature distribution for the envelope. We discuss the combined evidence for this source as possibly one of the youngest and lowest mass sources in formation yet known.

Coastal abrasion has been occurred throughout coastline of Java reaching 745 km at length, account for 44% of total Java’s coastline. This phenomena is caused by reclamation, cutting of mangrove, land-use change and other human activities specifically at coastal area. Coastal abrasion stimulates flood or tidal flood, when sea level rise, the sea water flows to the land undated fish pond, settlement and other infrastructures standing at coastal area. Tidal flood destroys settlement lead to significant decrease of property value: land and house. Coastal abrasion caused lose people’s job and income. One measure taken by local community is mangrove cultivation intended to prevent sea level rise flowing to the inland. However many efforts taken by community frequently fail because of un-integrated approach. This paper reviews a mangrove plantations in Mangunharjo, district of Tugu, Semarang, Central Java by utilizing an innovative approach integrating environmental, economic and social aspect. These mangrove cultivations environmentally useful to prevent coastal abrasion, economically creating income for local people and socially supported by local community. These three approaches ensure sustainability of mangrove’s culture.

As a coastal town, Semarang is currently facing environmental problems such as flood, tidal flood (locally called rob), coastal abrasion, emerging land, land subsidence and sea water intrusion. These phenomena severely affect to citizen, community and corporate, disrupting day to day activities, threatening people’s health, causing economics’ burden and reducing property value. Government policies in dealing with these problem are focused on its phenomena such as normalizing river for flood and building polder systems for tidal flood. Impacted people have been implementing various initiatives. People in Tanah Mas Estate set up collective efforts to reduce tidal flood by building pumping system project, while people in Kampong Tambaklorok conduct a regular mutual assistance in cleaning of waste and sedimentation, rehabilitating of local drainages and dikes, reconstructing of local streets and also maintaining of pumping system. People in Mangunharjo, the district of Tugu build a coastal belt and cultivate mangrove. Various government and local initiatives have been effective in dealing with flood and tidal flood temporarily. More comprehensive approaches and focused on the sources of problems are required to achieve sustainable coastal management.

Full Text Available Malang as the second largest city in East Java province become crowded recently. The congestion almost happens everyday. The scenery of the street corridor is full of iron stacks. It is said that Malang city is less comfortable and less walkable. The decrease of this environment encourages to conduct the study (Q.S. 16:90, Q.S. 96:1-5, Q.S. 30:41. The study aimed to analyze the thermal comfort at pedestrian ways around Malang city squares, the street corridor of Merdeka Alun-Alun (MAA and the Tugu Alun-Alun (TAA. The temperature and relative humidity were measured by multinorm instrument. The THI (Temperature Humidity Index method was used to analyze the thermal comfort. The results showed that the THI average at TAA (27 were more comfortable than at MAA (27,5. The south side of the MAA corridor became the most comfortable with the THI value of 26,4, which the side covered by trees canopy (Q.S. 7:58. Full Text Available Organic matter is important to soil aggregate stability. The research of effect dosage of goat manure tos oil aggregate in organic farming system was do neon Andisols soil in Permata Hati Farm, CiburialHamlet, North Tugu village, Cisarua sub-district, Bogor district, West Java province. The research was conducted on October 2012 until the end of February 2013. The research purposes are: a Know the goat manure’s dosage influence on soil aggregate in organik farming system, b Determine the dos age of goat manure that can provide the best Mean Weight Diameter (MWD and Aggregate Stability Index (ASIin organik farming system. The research used randomized completely block design (RCBD with 6 treatments and 3 replications. Goat manure dosage were used as treatments are 0 ton ha-1, 5 ton ha-1, 10 ton ha-1, 15 ton ha-1, 20 ton ha-1, and 25 ton ha-1. Data was analyzed by ANOVA and Duncan’sMultiple Range Test (DMRT at 5% level. The research results are showed, with initial number of C-organic >4.5%, goat manure application was significant to change soil aggregate. Goat Manure 5 ton ha-1was enough to increasing Mean Weight Diameter (MWD and ASI (Aggregate Stability Index.

Full Text Available The traffic problems in a big city such as Semarang generally caused by the typical situation like overcrowding at peak hours. To overcome this problem, Semarang Government has implemented “One Way System” on the Indraprasta Street section without providing road partner. This study is intended to identify the effectiveness of this policy. The following streets were reviewed: Indraprasta, Imam Bonjol, Mgr. Soegiyopranoto, and Pierre Tendean. Further, the intersections which studied are Indraprasta-Imam Bonjol-Pierre Tendean and Tugu Muda. Traffic survey data were collected in the morning and afternoon peak hours. Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997 was used in the data analysis procedure. This short-term study was conducted by simulating the proposed scenario and compared with the existing situations.In conclusion, “One Way System” on Indraprasta Street section is assessed not effective due to its relatively small degree of saturation, while Mgr. Soegiyopranoto Street has a large degree of saturation. Therefore, the one-way system to Imam Bonjol Street and Mgr. Soegiyopranoto Street also needed to implement and form a “rotary link“. In addition, enacting contraflow for public transport on Soegiyopranoto Street and Imam Bonjol Street is necessary, also the arrangement of signals and geometric in the intersection that linked those three streets.

We present the detection of a dust continuum source at 3 mm (CARMA) and 1.3 mm (Submillimeter Array, SMA), and {sup 12}CO (2-1) emission (SMA) toward the L1451-mm dense core. These detections suggest a compact object and an outflow where no point source at mid-infrared wavelengths is detected using Spitzer. An upper limit for the dense core bolometric luminosity of 0.05 L{sub Sun} is obtained. By modeling the broadband spectral energy distribution and the continuum interferometric visibilities simultaneously, we confirm that a central source of heating is needed to explain the observations. This modeling also shows that the data can be well fitted by a dense core with a young stellar object (YSO) and a disk, or by a dense core with a central first hydrostatic core (FHSC). Unfortunately, we are not able to decide between these two models, which produce similar fits. We also detect {sup 12}CO (2-1) emission with redshifted and blueshifted emission suggesting the presence of a slow and poorly collimated outflow, in opposition to what is usually found toward YSOs but in agreement with prediction from simulations of an FHSC. This presents the best candidate, so far, for an FHSC, an object that has been identified in simulations of collapsing dense cores. Whatever the true nature of the central object in L1451-mm, this core presents an excellent laboratory to study the earliest phases of low-mass star formation.

Sometimes Perempuan pekerja seks (PPS obtain the negativestreotype from society, because they know as a moral offender in social culture. The term commercialsex worker or “PSK” in Indonesia is one example of a form of community discrimination born of discourse formed by the mass media to women who work as a sex worker. In Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY there are some areas that are often the place where sex workers peddle. Namely PasarKembang area or better known as sarkem, the Tugu railway station (Ngebong and in the GiwangansTerminal. In the three areas there are three communities that become a forum for organizing PPS,among others Bunga Seroja community in Sarkem, Arum Dalu Sehat community in Ngebong and SurtiBerdaya community in Giwangan. The three communities are under the umbrella of an organizationcalled Perhimpunan Perempuan Pekerja Seks Yogyakarta (P3SY in Indonesia. This paper aims toanalyze what kind of development communication system that attempted to be constructed by female sexworkers in Yogyakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Extremely Low Mass: The Circumstellar Envelope of a Potential Proto-Brown Dwarf

What is the environment for planet formation around extremely low mass stars? Is the environment around brown dwarfs and extremely low mass stars conducive and sufficiently massive for planet production? The determining conditions may be set very early in the process of the host object's formation. IRAS 16253-2429, the source of the Wasp-Waist Nebula seen in Spitzer IRAC images, is an isolated, very low luminosity ("VeLLO") Class 0 protostar in the nearby rho Ophiuchi cloud. We present VLA ammonia mapping observations of the dense gas envelope feeding the central core accreting system. We find a flattened envelope perpendicular to the outflow axis, and gas cavities that appear to cradle the outflow lobes as though carved out by the flow and associated (apparently precessing) jet, indicating environmental disruption. Based on the NH3 (1,1) and (2,2) emission distribution, we derive the mass, velocity fields and temperature distribution for the envelope. We discuss the combined evidence for this source to be one of the youngest and lowest mass sources in formation yet known, and discuss the ramifications for planet formation potential in this extremely low mass system.

Geosite identification in Karangbolong High to support the development of Karangsambung-Karangbolong Geopark candidate, Central Java

Geopark is an area that has an outstanding geological evidence, including archaeological, ecological and cultural values in which local people are invited to participate in protecting and enhancing the function of natural heretage. Its sustainable development concept has proven to increase economic and conservation benefits. Geopark introduces the earth's heritage, protected areas, geo-development, economic development and implementation of various science and technology. Geoparks have unique geological, cultural and biological that can be utilized for conservation and geotourism. Indonesia has 2 global geoparks, 4 national geoparks and 15 geopark candidates. Karangsambung-Karangbolong area is one of the geopark candidates which is a subduction zone that underwent an uplift and now is dominated with conical hills karst. The Kebumen local government is preparing a master plan for Karangsambung Geopark except Karangbolong, and LIPI is supporting the scientific studies. To initiate the development of Karangsambung-Karangbolong Geopark, an integrated geosite identification has to be done. Field observation of geodiversity, bio diversity and culture diversity, followed by rating of geosite based on scoring method using weighting 3 for geodiversity, 2 for biodiversity and 2 for culture diversity. Geosite of Karangbolong High includes geosite of karst-nonkarst morphology of Wanalela Hill and Tugu Village. Cave geosites are Barat, Petruk and Jatijajar caves. Beach geosite include Lampon, Menganti, G. Hud, Logending, Karangbolong and Karangagung beaches. Very good geosites are Petruk cave, Hud hill and Barat cave. Good geosite includes Lampon, Menganti, Karangpamuran, Pelus, Jatijajar, Wanalela, Logending and Karangbolong. Geosite at Karangbolong High provides good support for the development of Karangsambung-Karangbolong Geopark.

Full Text Available Considerando as discussões entre especialistas e outros profissionais preocupados em (re significar as práticas peda-gógicas nas aulas de língua materna, o presente trabalho enfatiza a necessidade de uma revisão e um melhor encaminhamento do fazer docente. Nesse sentido, propõe analisar os pressupostos dos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais de Língua Portuguesa (BRASIL, 1998, quanto ao tratamento da oralidade nas práticas de sala de aula, e observar o que, de fato, se efetiva no livro didático de por-tuguês. Fundamenta-se em teorias linguísticas contemporâneas que alertam para a importância do trabalho com gêneros textuais na sala de aula de língua materna (MARCUSCHI, 2003; MATÊNCIO, 2001; SCHNEUWLY & DOLZ, 2004, ressaltando as ações docentes frente aos gêneros orais em prol da aprendizagem e do aperfeiçoamento da língua na escola. O trabalho evidencia a necessidade de conhecer os pressupostos dos documentos oficiais que regulamentam o ensino de língua portuguesa para que se promova uma avaliação cuidadosa na escolha do livro didático de português, visando à promoção de situações linguísticas em sala de aula que contemplem o trabalho com gêneros orais. Diante disso, busca participar ativamente do debate sobre a modalidade oral da língua que se constitui objeto de ensino de língua materna na educação básica.

Full Text Available Climate change has become one of the causes of environmental damage and needs to be anticipated. In Indonesia, including in the Semarang City, the impact caused by climate change also occurs. Damage ponds and mangrove forests due to the erosion and sea level rise are examples of the climate change impact. The significant impact of climate change is exacerbated by the lack of public knowledge related to the threat of climate change. It significantly affects to the decreasing income of farmers. These fact underlie the Mercy Corps Indonesia in cooperation with the government of Semarang and the Bintari Foundation to develop activities aimed to strengthening the protection of coastal areas through the development of seawalls through the program named "Enhancing Coastal Community Resilience by Strengthening Mangrove Ecosystem Services and Developing Sustainable Livelihood in Semarang City". Construction of seawalls in the form of tires seawalls and Hybrid Engineering (HE is completed in 2016. Construction of seawalls certainly has an impact on community in coastal areas. This article aims to review the monitoring and the lesson learned of seawalls construction of the development on the seawalls for the communities in coastal areas, especially in the Genuk and Tugu Sub-district. The methods used in this study is a mix method research by descriptive approach so that the study is more emphasis on the analysis of the measurable facts the description, which supported by information unearthed in the community through interviews and extracting information from archives on reports that had been prepared previously containing seawalls development progress. The research results show that seawalls development provides many positive effects for the community, so that they consciously perform maintenance independently for the positive impact they can receive for the long term.

The Population Growth and Carrying Capacity in Semarang City

Population growth and development of city activities take some lands to carry them. As a result, land use competition happens among persons, society or sector. Land necessity for settlement, industry, or sector has taken over farm land, therefore farm land has been converted intensively and massively. Chronologically, population growth will cause land necessity increase. Unproductive land, especially farm land will be converted. Furthermore, farm land conversion will cause carrying capacity change. Carrying capacity has certain bio capacity. With the population growth, it will increase resource consumption; on the other side, farm land conversion will decrease carrying capacity. The objective of the study is to know about the influence of population growth towards carrying capacity (bio capacity) in Semarang city. Land consumption per capita is indeed influenced by city population, the higher the population is, the lower the land consumption per capita. With the population growth, it will influence carrying capacity. Carrying capacity here is the ratio of area to population. Analytical descriptive method is applied in the study with all sub-districts in Semarang city as the analysis unit. Population here is sub-district area and population per sub-district in Semarang city. Population growth data period is from 2000 until 2015. Main variables of the study are area per sub-district, population, population growth, carrying capacity. Result of the study shows significant influence of carrying capacity decrease, especially some outskirts in Semarang city. This condition happens because the outskirts in Semarang city tend to have dense population growth. Range of carrying capacity in Semarang city is from 0,007 to 0,117 of 0 to 1. Almost all sub-districts in Semarang city show miserable condition, except Mijen and Tugu. The conclusion of the study is that population will decrease carrying capacity. This research investigates andfeatures, considering the attitude of the speakers in front ofthe variable phenomena of the Portuguese language, aspectsof the Brazilian spoken language that points to possibletraces of a Brazilian sociolinguistic identity. The researchwas exploratory and quantitative, with the theoretical andmethodological model of the variationist Sociolinguistics. Linguistic recognition tests were used in order to promotethe evaluation, the recognition and the appreciation oflanguage varieties in Brazil. It was found in this work thatthe selected educated speakers showed an awareness of thee s s e n t i a l   q u e s t i o n   o f   r e c o g n i z i n g   t h i s   B r a z i l i a nsoc iol ingui s t i c   ident i t y,   e valuat ing and  judging  somevariable phenomena of Brazilian Portuguese as their closestlinguistic repertoire in less monitored speech situations.This contributes even more to an actual awareness of theexistence and recognition of a language that might beBrazilian in the future.

Introducción: Durante la pubertad se realiza una secuencia de eventos que llevarán al individuo a su madurez en el desarrollo físico, sexual y emocional. Este periodo incluye la aparición de características sexuales secundarias así como el crecimiento, desarrollo y maduración de los órganos sexuales primarios. Se considera que la pubertad es precoz (PP cuando el crecimiento mamario (telarquia ocurre antes de los 8 años de edad, el vello púbico (pubarquia, antes de los 9 años y la menarquia (primera menstruación, antes de los 10 años.

Materiales y métodos: Se trata de un estudio retrospectivo sobre el análisis de las historias clínicas de 50 pacientes femeninas que consultaron por sospecha de pubertad precoz en tres instituciones de Cali, durante el periodo 2000-2003. El diagnóstico de PP de origen central se confirmó por la aparición de telarquia precoz y por la respuesta positiva a la prueba de estimulación con hormona liberadora de gonadotropinas (GHz. En el análisis estadístico se utilizó chi2 mediante análisis STATA EPI INFO.

Resultados: Se trató de pacientes con escolaridad promedio tercero de primaria, principalmente de zona urbana, de estratos socioeconómicos 2-3. Las edades promedio fueron, a la consulta 7,8 años ±1,31 y al inicio de telarquia, 6,8±1,8 años. El 96% de las pacientes tenían telarquia prematura. El 70% consultaron por aparición de vello púbico, con edad promedio de 7,15 años ± 1,32 años. El 64% tenían olor axilar, 42% leucorrea y 16%, vello axilar. Se les realizó prueba de estimulación con GnRH a 45 de ellas, cuya respuesta fue compatible con PP central por valores de LH en cualquier tiempo por encima de 5 mUI/L. Los niveles de LH más altos posestímulo fueron a los 30’, 17,1 mUI/l (moda 4,1 y FSH a los 60’, 11,89 mUI/L (moda 11,4. Full Text Available The history of Yogyakarta City still holds many “millions” of tangible and intangible meaning. The history has brought Yogyakarta City known as a City of Philosophy that is realized in the spatial layout of the city, one of them is the philosophy axis. In this research, the historical objects have been studied the main elements that become the icon and to be grouped into four objects. There are TuguArea, Malioboro Area, Zero Kilometer Area, and South Square Area located on the philosophy axis.Another consideration, these four objects are supported by other space forming elements become a place that has a “spirit” of cultural heritage to gather and interact with local communities and tourists in the public space. The purpose of this research is enriching knowledge about the main elements of historical objects. Besides that, the purpose of this research is to support Yogyakarta City to realize world Heritage City by UNESCO about cultural heritage. This research uses mix methods. Qualitative methods by conducted the survey and collected the literature. The observation and interviews towards informers and involves the perception of local communities and tourists with 327 respondents in Yogyakarta City. While the quantitative method for a non-parametric test with different test Mann Whitney U using SPSS 17 program. This research uses spatial and descriptive analysis to explain the main elements of historical objects and examine their relationship with local communities and tourists perception. The result of this research that Malioboro Area has the important corridor in historical value that associated with historical events and historical figures, style building, and culture. Entre las reconstrucciones de defectos titulares de cabeza y cuello, el injerto libre microvascularizado braquial medial no ha adquirido mucha popularidad debido a las variaciones anatómicas que se reflejan en la vascularización de éste. Nuestro objetivo es realizar una descripción de la anatomía y técnica quirúrgica, así como una revisión de la literatura describiendo las ventajas y desventajas de este tipo de injerto. Material y método. Presentamos el caso de una paciente con carcinoma epidermoide de mucosa yugal izquierda con afectación ganglionar ipsilateral. Se procedió a su resección con márgenes más disección cervical funcional. La reconstrucción del defecto se llevó a cabo mediante un injerto libre microvascularizado braquial medial de brazo izquierdo. Discusión. Pensamos que el injerto libre braquial medial de brazo se trata de una opción más segura a la hora de la reconstrucción de defectos cervicofaciales, aportando una serie de ventajas entre las que destacan: no sacrificio de una arteria terminal, cierre primario de la zona donante, mínimo defecto estético, y poseer una piel fina, elástica y sin vello.Introduction. Our objective was to describe the anatomy and surgical technique and to review the literature on the advantages and disadvantages of free medial arm grafts. Material and methods. We report the case of a patient with squamous cell carcinoma of the left jugal mucosa with same-side lymph node involvement. Full Text Available The case of a 26 years old male patient who attended the Internal Medicine consultation at the La Fortaleza Integral Diagnostic Center in Maracaibo, Zulia State, Venezuela because of decreased external genitalia size, with poor development from childhood and swelling of the breasts is presented. Physical examination showed a trunk of feminoid configuration caused by adipose tissue accumulated in the lower abdomen, breast and pubic; wide pelvis; lower limb dominance over higher limbs; enucoid proportions; volume diffusely  increased in both breasts (gynecomastia; deposit of fatty tissue at the pelvic girdle, and absent or sparse facial, axillary and pubic hair. We observed decreased size, poor pigmentation, and soft consistency in penis and testicles. Exam was performed on plasma testosterone, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone, thus concluding, by the Endocrinology Service at the Maracaibo University Hospital, to be the case of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism of improvable cause. The clinical diagnosis of hypogonadism in adults is unusual in medical practice, a fact that provides with relevance the case we present.Se presenta el caso de un paciente de 26 años, que acudió a consulta de Medicina Interna en el Centro de Diagnóstico Integral La Fortaleza, Maracaibo, Estado Zulia, Venezuela, por presentar disminución del tamaño de los genitales externos, con escaso desarrollo de estos desde su niñez, y aumento de volumen de las mamas. Full Text Available Paciente de 13 años de edad, del sexo femenino, quien presenta los siguientes antecedentes patológicos familiares: madre que padece de hipertensión arterial, padre con úlcera péptica; sin lazos de consanguinidad entre los progenitores. Antecedentes prenatales: gestación a término de 38 semanas que corresponde al segundo embarazo, signo de menos y escaso incremento de la altura uterina. Motivo de consulta: baja talla. Al examen físico de la paciente se encuentra piel seca y áspera, panículo adiposo aumentado, cubitus valgus, teletelia, implantación baja del cabello y en tridente, así como acortamiento del cuarto metacarpiano. Glándula tiroides: aumentada de volumen ± 25 gramos, superficie lisa, no dolorosa, no se precisan nódulos. Maniobra de Chvostek negativa, no vello sexual, genitales externos de aspecto femenino y estadio I de desarrollo de mamas (Tanner I. Estudios complementarios realizados: TSH 32,6 mU/L, anticuerpos antimicrosomales positivo, anticuerpos antiislotes pancreáticos positivo, cromatina oral 12 %, FSH 68,8 UI/L (elevado, LH 12,5 UI/L (elevado, estrógenos 18 pmol/L.
